In case of any discrepancy between translated versions and this English version, the English version shall prevail.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SuperResolution Online at superresolution.online (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

SuperResolution Online is an AI-powered image super-resolution service that upscales and enhances images using advanced AI deep learning technology. Users can upload images and receive upscaled versions at 2x, 4x, 8x, or 16x resolution. The Service includes free and paid tiers with a credit-based usage system.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.
  • You register via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Only upload images you have the legal right to use;
  • Not upload illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing content;
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service;
  • Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal usage;
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data;
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Content Rights and License

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to process your image solely for the purpose of providing the super-resolution service. This license terminates automatically when your image is deleted from our servers (within 24 hours of processing).

5.2 Generated Content

You own the rights to upscaled images generated through the Service. You are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, trademarks, logos, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by SuperResolution Online and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Credits and Subscriptions

6.1 Free Credits

New users receive 100 credits upon registration. Free credits do not expire, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable.

6.2 Paid Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • Subscription credits are allocated at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to the Service for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

6.3 Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or any renewal, for any reason. Refund requests after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact hello@superresolution.online.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

6.5 Credit Rules

We reserve the right to modify credit allocations, pricing, and usage rules. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Prohibited Content and Acceptable Use

You may not upload, process, or distribute:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors;
  • Content promoting violence, terrorism, or self-harm;
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights of third parties;
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious code;
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery;
  • Content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate this section, without prior notice.

8. DMCA / Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to hello@superresolution.online with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Service;
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email);
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Since uploaded images are automatically deleted within 24 hours, DMCA requests should be submitted promptly.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE AI SUPER-RESOLUTION TECHNOLOGY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPERRESOLUTION ONLINE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE ONE (1) MONTH IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR TEN US DOLLARS ($10.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SuperResolution Online and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any content you upload to the Service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in California, United States, and shall be conducted in English.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in this section shall deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, including your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, cyberattacks, third-party service outages, pandemics, or internet disruptions.

14. Termination

14.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@superresolution.online. Upon deletion, your account data will be removed within 30 days, subject to our data retention obligations.

14.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. If we terminate your account for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, we will refund any unused portion of your current subscription on a pro-rata basis.

14.3 Survival

The following sections shall survive termination: Content Rights (Section 5), Disclaimer of Warranties (Section 9), Limitation of Liability (Section 10), Indemnification (Section 11), Governing Law (Section 12), and this Survival clause.

15. General Provisions

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SuperResolution Online regarding the Service.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
